For our seasonal clients, vacationing clients, or landlords we offer full home monitoring. We offer daily, weekly and bi-weekly inspections including but not limited to:

  • Properly secured doors/windows
  • HVAC functioning properly
  • Appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, disposal)
  • Monitor for electrical and plumbing malfunctions
  • Monitor for moisture, mildew, odors
  • Lighting working properly
  • Collection/forward of mail
  • Alarm/phone systems working and activated
  • Verify hot water on or off (per clients request)
  • Landscaping checked
  • Maintain Plants
  • Garbage cans placed/retrieved
  • Maintenance (point of contact for service problems or repairs needed)

Property Concierge

Whether you are returning to your seasonal home, from a long vacation, or simply need a helping hand, some of our concierge services include:
